Nada Mostafa
Personal Trainer
Growing up immersed in the competitive swimming world while also exploring her own fitness journey, Nada was exposed to toxic misconceptions about health and fitness. She found herself adopting unhealthy habits like extreme dieting, overworking her body to lose weight, and even developing an eating disorder.
Nada’s journey into becoming a personal trainer is intertwined with her personal health journey. Her goal has always been to educate herself so she can make informed decisions that outweigh the toxic health standards she once adhered to.
Empowered by her knowledge in kinesiology, Nada has learned how exercise can be a powerful tool of transformation for many vulnerable populations. She guides her clients on a holistic wellness journey, emphasizing that health and fitness is more than just 1-hour trips to the gym. She hopes to instill balance in her clients through a 360 approach in nutrition, social, spiritual, psychological, and emotional wellness.
When she’s not training, Nada enjoys long distance runs, hiking, and deepening her yoga practice through teaching community sessions or practicing inversions.
