Congratulations. You’ve completed the hydration series.

The benefits of being well hydrated are endless and it will benefit you in ways you never could have imagined.

We have now gone over why you should be properly hydrated, figuring out how much water you should consume, and other tips and strategies for making these changes part of your everyday life.

It takes approximately 45 days of consistently achieving your water goals that we have set together, to be properly hydrated. Any change, big or small will take time to implement. Hopefully the tips and information that I have shared with you in this series will make it easier for you to stay properly hydrated.

Remember to go slow, focus, and celebrate the progress you’ve made. We recommend you re-watch the videos in this series when you feel that you need a refresher, or if you feel that your progress has plateaued.
