Change isn’t easy and we often feel ambivalent about it. Often, we have reasons arguing for change along with reasons arguing against it. Maybe you’re thinking about making a change but the status quo just feels more comfortable. Maybe you are looking to make a change but have no clue where to begin. Maybe you don’t perceive a reason for change at all. Regardless of where you’re at, the process towards meaningful change should begin by reflecting on your current behaviours, practices and obstacles you may face.
