Change isn’t easy and we often feel ambivalent about it. Often, we have reasons arguing for change along with reasons arguing against it. Maybe you’re thinking about making a change but the status quo just feels more comfortable. Maybe you are looking to make a change but have no clue where to begin. Maybe you don’t perceive a reason for change at all. Regardless of where you’re at, the process towards meaningful change should begin by reflecting on your current behaviours, practices and obstacles you may face.

This series will guide you through the process of behaviour change and will begin by teaching you how to: assess your readiness for change, reflect on and strengthen your motivation, and how to effectively form new habits.
