Hi there and welcome back to Body + Soul Online. This workshop will discuss important fitness recommendations and guidelines on how to stay active with your changing body during pregnancy and after. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your ability to stay active.

In the first half of this video series, we’re going to cover general prenatal exercise recommendations. I’ll be going over some of the benefits of exercising during pregnancy, important safety precautions, the effects of pregnancy on exercise, and some general exercise guidelines.

After this, my colleague Andrew will take over to talk about postnatal exercise recommendations.
