By drawing from both his education and experience knowledge, Aaron teaches his clients that health and fitness can be simple, despite what we learn online. He wants his clients to adopt the mentality that regardless of the barriers we experience in life, fitness can be an enjoyable journey.  

Aaron’s training approach draws from his knowledge in both strength training and massage therapy. He balances physical activity with mobility and recovery strategies to avoid physical burnout or overtraining. He believes “that there should be an equilibrium of fitness and recovery to ensure an optimal progress.” 

Aaron is a health and fitness fanatic, but also has many layers beyond the gym. He enjoys video games and anime, trying new recipes in order to master all cuisines, trying his hand in making espresso drinks and anything and everything about tattoos.
