Lex is passionate about helping people navigate their wellness journey using a simple, pragmatic approach. She believes in empowering people with knowledge, tools and resources that allow them to create meaningful change and is committed to providing you with comprehensive, individualized and evidence-informed training.
Having worked in the industry for 10 years, Lex has this to say about her drive to continue training, “there’s nothing as rewarding as guiding and supporting clients through their fitness journey. My goal is to help clients gain confidence, realize their goals and push the boundaries of what they believe they are capable.”
Lex particularly passionate about working with those recovering from injuries, and those with unique exercise considerations. She specializes in training tactical athletes such as firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and military personnel.
Lex says, “my mission is to help you achieve your personal, occupational and recreational performance potential.”
