Meagan Barry
Senior Personal Trainer
Meagan became a personal trainer to help people achieve their goals, build healthy habits, and improve their quality of life. She takes a custom approach to training, finding ways each person can integrate fitness into their lives in a way that is sustainable for them. This way, Meagan says, her clients are able to achieve more than they thought possible and are able to maintain their results.
When asked about what she hopes to teach her clients, Meagan explained, “I hope my clients learn that fitness doesn’t have to be scary. It should be enjoyable and be something that can co-exist with your lifestyle. Ultimately, I want to make sure people learn the proper techniques so that one day, should they choose, they can work out by themselves as well.”
When Meagan is not training or playing sports, she loves to spend time with her puppy or look for new gluten-free recipes to try.
