Hi everyone, welcome back to Body + Soul Online, I’ll be taking over from my colleague Amanda to discuss post-natal exercise.
In the next series of videos, I’ll be covering benefits, guidelines, and safety considerations of exercise post-baby. As always check with your doctor before returning to exercise. Now, let’s get started.
